遥控闭锁软件及其应用

摘    要:随着变电站综合自动化水平的提高,远方遥控的对象从断路器扩展到了隔离开关和接地开关,隔离开关和接地开关的动作往往要受较复杂的五防规则的限制.在500 kV湖州含山变电站中,开发了一套遥控闭锁软件,将五防判断功能以遥控闭锁软件的形式整合进后台系统.遥控闭锁软件预先将操作闭锁逻辑存入数据库,当对设备进行遥控时,从数据库中取出此设备的操作闭锁逻辑进行判断,逻辑满足则允许下发遥控命令,反之则不允许.遥控闭锁软件的成功应用为将来简化变电站后台系统配置进行了有益的尝试.

Abstract:With the development of substation automation,not only breakers but also all switch gears can be remote controlled.The action of switch gear is restricted by five-prevention rules.In the 500 kV Hanshan substation,a remote control locking software is developed in the man-machine interface(MMI)system.The remote control locking software saves the logic of operation locking in the database at first.When controlling a device in the MMI system,the software takes out the device's logic of operation locking from the database to judge.The operation command can be sent out if the logic value is true,otherwise the operation command cannot be sent out.The successful application of remote control locking software makes it possible in the future that the hardware of MMI system can be simplified.
