循环流化床锅炉吸收塔浆液起泡现象分析及处理

摘    要:针对循环流化床锅炉吸收塔浆液起泡溢流问题,从燃煤飞灰、石灰石成分、吸收塔溢出物、脱硫系统工艺水及浆液等方面进行分析,认为脱硫系统发生起泡溢流主要是由于更换含磷和COD偏高的工艺水导致,并提出更换工艺水、加强对水源监测、添加脱硫消泡剂、定期冲洗溢流管、排空管、液位计等处理措施。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of circulating fluidized bed boiler absorber slurry bubble overflow,from coal fly ash,limestone composition,absorber overflow,desulfurization process water and slurry system carries on the analysis,thought the desulfurization system bubble overflow is mainly due to the change process water containing phosphorus and COD on the high side,and put forward the change process,strengthen the monitoring of water resources,water adding desulfurization defoaming agent,regular washing overflow pipe,drain pipes,level and treatment measures.
