摘    要:以搁置一年的钛酸锂电池单体及模块为研究对象,分别对不同荷电状态下搁置的单体和模块进行初始电压、剩余电量、充放电容量等参数的测试,得出单体电池电压及内阻分布;并采用容量增量分析法分析钛酸锂电池在浮充搁置状态下性能的变化,进而研究不一致性对长期处于浮充状态的辅助电源寿命及性能产生的影响。通过整箱电池的电压分布,结合OCV-SOC特性曲线,选出浮充的最佳电压点,为轨道交通中使用的钛酸锂电池充放电控制策略的制定提供可靠依据。

Abstract:One-year shelved LTO battery cells and modules were studied.Parameters such as initial voltage,remaining capacity,internal resistance were tested on the battery cells and modules with different state of charge (SOC).Voltage and internal resistance distributions were derived from the test results.Incremental capacity (IC) analysis method was used in order to study the performance change of the batteries at floating state and then to investigate the influence of inconsistency to the lifetime and performance of auxiliary batteries which operate at long-term floating charge state.Finally,according to the voltage distribution of the battery pack and combining open circuit voltage (OCV)-SOC characteristic curve,the optimized floating charge voltage was determined,which provided reliable evidence for making charging/discharging control strategy for LTO batteries in rail transportation field.
