热电池DEB中钙含量的测定

摘    要:提出了一种N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法进行热电池DEB(去极剂、电解质、粘合剂的复合片)中钙含量测定的新方法。介绍钙最佳测定条件以及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时对样品的测定条件和干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法具有很好的灵敏度、干扰小、重现性好,准确度、精确度均能满足热电池研制工作的要求。测定样品含钙量相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(测定次数n =10)。标准加入回收率均在97%~102%(n =6)范围。结果表明:运用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法进行热电池DEB中钙含量的测定,完全适用于热电池DEB中钙含量的控制分析。达到了实验室分析质量控制的要求。

Abstract:The application of nitrous oxide-ethane flame atomic absorbing spectral method to measure the content of calcium in composite film of depolarizer, electrolyte and binder(DEB) of thermal batteries was studied. The optimum measuring conditions for cadmium and potency in which a fine liner range presents were introduced,and a synthetic consideration to interference factors was made. The method with the advantage of high sensitivity was proved to be simple operation, easy master, short analyzing cycle, less interference and good in selectivity and reappearance. The relative standard deviations were all less than 1.0%(determination times: n =10)in ten sample measures, and the standard adding recovery was the range of 97%-102%. Results show that the method is fully suited to measure the cadmium content in DEB of thermal batteries; the proposed method is a useful instrument analytical technique in nitrous oxide-ethane flame absorbing spectral method.
