摘    要:当热电池组件要求在空中分离时激活,依靠系统的降落伞伞绳绷直的拉力释放给击发器时,击发器撞击热电池,热电池开始工作。击发器是热电池重要的组成部份,主要作用是将拉力转换为可以激发火工品的撞击力,从而激活热电池进入工作状态。要求开口销必须在150~300 N范围内可靠解保击发器。主要通过对其开口销拉脱力影响因素的研究,设计开口销在拉力范围内可靠工作。

Abstract:The charge-driven piston mechanism in thermal battery requires to be activated when torpedo is separated in the air.When the pull relying on the straight system parachute rope releases to firing device,the firing device impacts the thermal battery,so the thermal battery starts working.Firing device is a substantial component of the thermal battery.The main effect is to change the pull into the impact force activating initiating explosive devices,so the thermal battery is activated to enter the working state.The cotter pin must be reliable arming requirement in 150-300 N range.Through studying on the influencing factors of the cotter pin pull-out force,the design was made for the reliable operation of cotter pin in the range of pulling force.
