摘    要:在溶胶凝胶法的基础上,通过提高初始溶液pH值的方法,制备了纳米级的钙钛矿催化剂,采用了X射线衍射法(XRD)、透射电子显微镜法(TEM)对催化剂的物相进行了表征;用此催化剂制作了双功能氧电极,并采用电化学极化曲线、交流阻抗谱、充放电性能测试对其进行了分析。结果表明,随着初始溶液pH值的增大,催化剂的电化学性能提高,其中初始溶液pH值为9~10时,晶体粒径最小,电极的极化电流密度最大,交流阻抗值最小,电池的充放电性能最佳。

Abstract:Nano-particle perovskite style catalysts were prepared by increasing pH value of solution, and the structure of catalysts were characterized by XRD and TEM. Bi-functional oxygen electrode was prepared with catalysts respectively, and the electrochemical of oxygen electrode was analyzed with Tafel curve, EIS and charging and discharging curve. The results show that the electrochemical properties of perovskite style catalyst increase with the increase of pH value of solution, and the diameter of catalyst turns out to be the smallest and electrochemical polarization current density is the biggest, resistance value of air electrode turns out to be the lowest and charging-discharging properties of the battery turns to be the best in pH 9-10 of solution.
