电力特种光缆的运行管理和维护

电力特种光缆是现代电力通信系统的重要组成部分,其承载着电力通信、继电保护、电力自动化、电力调度和线路输电等直接关系到电网安全生产运行的信息。目前,我国电力特种光缆应用取得了长足进步,但电力行业相应的运行管理和维护规程都一直未修订。文章探讨了电力特种光缆的运行管理组织和模式,明确了通信人员、继电保护人员和线路人员光缆管理维护的界面,还提出了电力特种光缆的运行维护组织、职责、基本要求,并重点分析日常运行维护和缺陷运行维护的具体内容,对电力特种光缆的安全运行具有重要的意义。

Operation management and maintenance of electric optical fiber cable

Electric optical fiber cable(OPGW/ADSS) is an important part of modern electric power telecommunication system since it carries the information of telecommunication,relay protection,automation,dispatching as well as power transmission,which relate directly to the safe operation of power grid.In recent years,the electric optical fiber cable has been widely used.But there is no unified regulation for operation and maintenance management of these cables has not been revised yet in power sector.This paper discusses the management organization and operation mode,defines the responsibilities for optical cable maintenance among personnel of telecommunication,relay protection and electric power transmission.It puts forward the maintenance organizational structures,responsibilities and basic requirements.It also makes an analysis on daily and malfunction maintenance.
