Abstract:In view of small coverage area, poor stability, low-bandwidth of wireless communication network, we propose a multi-mode adaptive wireless communication technology based mobile emergency command system design. The method uses WIFI, muhi-mode 3G and tri-mode adaptive satellite communication technology, which can access to CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA. Multiple simultaneous load balancing strategy is employed to achieve a combination of variety of heterogeneous wireless communication networks. This technology is used to optimize the wireless communication networks of mobile emergency command system. It indicates that the adaptability of the mobile emergency response command sys- tem to the network environment is enhanced, and the transmission bandwidth of the wireless communication network is improved. It ensures a stable, reliable and real-time mobile emergency command system.
