基于MapXtreme的WebGIS电能质量监测系统的研究

摘    要:计算机网络技术和地理信息技术的发展,为同一供电系统不同地点或不同供电系统的电能质量监测提供了便利的工具。本文提出了一种基于MapX treme的W ebGIS电能质量监测系统,它能把地理信息和电能质量信息结合起来提供给用户和电网管理人员,使他们及时掌握各地区的电能质量状况,并进行处理,为电力系统的安全运行提供了可靠的保证。文章还详细介绍了该系统的设计和实现过程。

Abstract:Computer network and Geographic Information System(GIS) technology both provide efficient tools for remote inspecting and analyzing the power quality in different power systems or on different sites.This paper proposes a WebGIS power quality monitoring system based on MapXtreme,which combines power quality information with geographical information and provides the information for users and power network administrators,and then they can know power quality status in each area in time and process these data.These provide assurance for safe operation of power system by improving the power quality and its security.This paper also introduces the system design and implementation process.
