光纤复合低压电缆测试及性能分析

摘    要:OPLC作为一种新型光电复合缆,国内外在以往的工程建设中均没有使用过该种产品,曾经出现的光电复合缆主要在海底电缆中应用,对于在接入网中的使用尚属空白,同时对于光电复合缆产品没有标准可循,性能测试也属空白.文章通过对不同类型、不同材料、不同结构的OPLC产品进行各种性能的测试分析,结合其应用得出一系列OPLC产品结构设计、技术指标、试验要求及包装、运输方面的阶段性结论是产品优化分析、性能特点分析及其应用特性分析的基础.

Abstract:Optical fiber composite low-voltage cable(OPLC) is a new type of optoelectric composite cables.There is no relative experience in domestic and overseas construction.The optoelectric composite cables were only used in submarine cable and have never been applied to the access network.Accordingly,there are no criteria and performance test data of optoelectric composite cables.This paper summarizes the configuration design,technical index,experimental requirement,package and carriage of OPLC by testing and analyzing on OPLC with different types,different materials and different structures.They are the research basis of optimization,application and performance characteristics analysis of OPLC.
