| 摘 要： | 结合电力通信网的现状,提出了一种基于系统安全工程能力成熟模型（SSE-CMM）的电力通信系统安全评估的方法.文章首先简要介绍了SSE-CMM模型,阐述了根据SSE-CMM对电力通信系统进行安全性能评估的步骤和方法,并结合模糊综合评判法对电力通信系统的风险度进行计算.计算结果显示,文中采用的方法具有指导性、实用性和可操作性.

| Abstract: | In the view of actuality of communication network of electric power system, a method for implementing security evaluation in communication network of electric power system are proposed. Firstly the SSE-CMM is presented. Then the evaluation method and process based on SSE-CMM for communication network of electric power system is expounded, and a computing method using fuzzy comprehensive judgment is proposed too. Finally the feasibility and validity of the method proposed is verified by practices results. |
