汽包水位调节的运行操作

摘    要:汽包水位调节的关键是给水流量与蒸汽流量匹配,并维持主蒸汽压力稳定。汽包压力变化使炉水比容改变引起汽包产生虚假水位,应增减负荷或燃料量,尽快恢复主蒸汽压力稳定;给水流量与蒸汽流量不匹配会导致汽包水位波动,应增减给水泵出力调节给水流量,加减负荷来调节蒸汽流量,并增减燃料量来稳定主蒸汽压力,尽快恢复给水流量与蒸汽流量相匹配。

Abstract:The key of water level control for steam drum was the matching of water input flows and steam flows to maintain the stability of steam pressure. The change of steam pressure led to the change of specific capacitance of boiler water and resulted in the false water level of steam drum. It needed to increase or decrease the load and fuel to recover the stability of steam pressure. Mismatching of water input flows and steam flows could lead to the fluctuation of water level in steam drum. It needed to increase or decrease the load to regulate the steam flow and to increase the fuel to stabilize the steam pressure, in order to recover the matching of water input flows and steam flows.
