| Abstract: | The nuclear, professional and important point of establishing the occupational pension system is design of occupational pen- sion plan. The design of occupational pension plan effects the plan legitimacy, the realization of enterprise strategy, the efficiency and profit of occupational pension management and management cost of the occupational pension, which finally influences the welfare of the enterprise and employees. |
