| 摘 要： | 为有效管理、利用以及保护内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称内蒙古电力公司)的科技文献资源,展示内蒙古电力公司科技实力,利用先进的计算机技术设计开发了内蒙古电力创新知识平台。该平台整合了内蒙古电力公司科技人员取得的科技成果、获得的专利及公开发表的科技论文,建立了功能完善的网站和管理系统,具有良好的人机对话界面以及文献利用、数据维护、网站运行等功能,实现了科技信息资源共建共享。

| Abstract: | In order to manage, use and protect scientific literature resources of Inner Mongolia Power （Group） Co., Ltd. effectively, based on using advanced computer technology, the knowledge innovation platform of Inner Mongolia Power （Group） Co., Ltd. was built and developed. It could be used for displaying the technology strength of Inner Mongolia Power （Group） Co., Ltd. This platform integrated with sci-tech achievements, patents and published scientific papers that were obtained by technical personnel, and built website and management system with perfect function. Meanwhile, better man-machine dialog interface and following functions, such as literature utilization, data maintenance and website operation, realized the goal of building and sharing sci-tech information resources. |
