火电厂热工仪表取样管电伴热系统的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了火电厂热工仪表取样管电伴热的原理以及电伴热技术在北方地区火力发电厂中的优势,结合火电厂热工仪表取样管保温特点,分析了与热工仪表取样管电伴热设计有关的3个因素:保温层厚度、管线内介质温度、保温材料的导热系数,并以北方地区某火力发电厂热工仪表取样管电伴热系统设计应用为例,论证了该计算方法的设计误差率低,以及能够充分发挥电伴热系统的优势和降低工程造价等优点。

Abstract:Analysed the design and application developments of power tracing system in thermal instrument sampling tube through analyzing the advantages on power tracing technology, with combining thermal insulation properties of thermal instrument sampling tube in thermal power plant, and power tracing system was demonstrated that the design technology was reliable, reasonable investment and stable operation on the thermal insulation of thermal instrument sampling tube in thermal power plant.
