| 摘 要： | 针对突发事件引起城市电网事故应具备的预防和应急措施,介绍了当前城市电网应急处理技术的预防、响应、处置、恢复4个环节所涉及的6个关键技术和基于城市电网应急处理技术的应急处理系统需实现的功能。分析了城市电网应急处理技术在国内外的概况,探讨了其在实际应用中的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了对城市电网应急技术的发展建议。

| Abstract: | Emergent events caused city power network emergency shall be prepared.This paper introduces the city grid emergency treatment technology(ETT) of prevention,corresponding,disposal,restore four links involved six key technologies and the function of emergency systems which is based on the ETT when facing the incidents that incurring the power system accidents.City grid ETT domestic and abroad situations are analyzed,and its the current situation and existing problems in the practical application are discussed... |
