| 摘 要： | 上海容灾中心工程是国内首次由业主主导，将建筑信息模型（BIM）技术应用于大型数据中心全生命周期工程建设的实施案例。讨论了上海容灾中心建设中存在的难点问题，分析了BIM技术三维可视化真实建模、自动碰撞检查、快速准确的工程量统计、动态施工模拟等优点。上海容灾中心在施工阶段和运行维护阶段应用BIM技术，保证了施工高质量的管理效益，提高了工程设计、施工和运行维护的效率。
