| 摘 要： | 智能电网的建设对电力企业的通信管理系统建设提出了更高的要求。分析了通信管理系统建设面临的问题,介绍了上海电力智能电网通信管理系统建设的功能目标、功能构架及具体功能。对通信管理系统功能的发展方向进行了分析,对通信管理系统建设的实施原则提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Construction of smart grid puts forward a higher requirement for communication management system of electric power companies. Problems to construct communication management system are analyzed. Target of functions, structure of functions and specific functions to build the communication management system in Shanghai electric Smart Grid are put forward. Development Direction of communication management system functions is analyzed, management system are some suggestions on construction implementation principles of communication proposed. |
