摘    要:电池储能电站的系统控制策略关系到站内设备安全、能量效率、电网稳定性等众多方面。介绍了电池储能电站系统结构方案,依据实际工程建设,提出了储能电站的站内AGC、AVC和源网荷系统控制策略优化改进方案,并提出在电站通信故障下的一种应急策略,以提高系统的运行安全性和可靠性,为电池储能站建设提高参考依据。

Abstract:System control strategy of battery energy storage power station relates to many aspects such as equipment safety,energy efficiency,power grid stability and so on.The structural scheme of battery energy storage power station system is introduced in this paper.According to the actual project construction,in order to improve the safety and reliability of the system operation,the optimization and improvement scheme of AGC,AVC and source-grid-load in storage power station,and puts forward an emergency strategy under the communication failure of the power station,so as to improve the operation safety and reliability of the system,and improve the reference basis for the construction of batter yenergy storage station.
