摘    要:对供电可靠性的要求是社会经济发展和满足民生需求的必要条件。降低配电网设备的跳闸率,尤其是减少配电线路的跳闸率,成为提升配电网运行水平的重要目标之一,也给配电网保护提出了更高的挑战。以某地区供电局配电网保护运行数据为样本,从供电区域、故障位置和运行方式3个方面研究配电线路故障影响因素,提出完善保护配置、优化整定策略、改进重合闸设置、特殊运行方式下保护校核等措施,降低故障对配电线路供电可靠性的影响,对提高配电网运行水平具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:The requirement of power supply reliability is a necessary condition for social and economic development and meeting the needs of people’s livelihood.Reducing the trip rate of distribution network equipment,especially reducing the trip rate of distribution network lines,has become one of the important goals of improving the operation level of distribution network,and also poses a higher challenge for distribution network protection.Taking the protection data of distribution network of power supply bureau in a certain area as a sample,the paper studies the influencing factors of distribution network faults from three aspects:power supply area,fault location and operation mode,and proposes perfect protection configuration,optimizing setting strategy,improving reclosing setting and checking under special operation mode.Measures such as protection check in special operation mode to reduce the impact of faults on the reliability of distribution network power supply,and have certain reference significance for improving the operation level of distribution network.
