分布式发电及其集成技术

分布式发电大规模生产的前提条件是将分散的发电资源集成到现有的电力网中来，组成联合电力系统。为避免其对联合电力系统造成冲击，需要采取相应的技术措施，制定较好的集成、运行和控制策略，以保证联合电力系统的安全与稳定运行。另外，对于分布式发电控制技术，适应融合分布式发电的电力市场机制和相应政策法规，联合电力系统的电能质量管理、运行和控制策略，联合电力系统规划、机组投运方案，电力市场定价以及网损分配方案等需要进行深入的基础研究，并结合实际国情制订相应的标准。

DISTRIBUTED POWER GENERATION AND INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY THEREOF

Along with contineous development of the distributed power generation technology,the prerequisite condition for large scale production is to integrate the distributed power generation resources into existing power grid for composing a combined power system.In order to avoid shock of said resources to the combined power system,corresponding technical measures should be taken,and better stratagy for integration,operation,and control being worked out,to ensure safe and stable operation of the combined power system.In addition,it is neccesary to deeply carry out foundational study for the following subjects: the control technique of distributed power generation;the power market mechanism suitable for fussion of the distributed power generation,and corresponding political regulations;management of electric energy quality,and stratagy of operation and control for the combined power system;planning of the combined power system,and scheme of putting units into operation;pricing of the power market,and distributing scheme of network loss etc..
