镇海电厂4号炉燃烧系统及受热面技术改造

摘    要:通过试验研究,确定了镇海发电有限责任公司4号炉燃烧器烧损的原因,并对锅炉再热汽温低、排烟温度高的问题进行了深入分析,提出了燃烧系统、再热器、省煤器技术改造方案。方案实施后效果显著,对200MW机组锅炉节能挖潜工作具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:through test and study, the causes leading to burn-out of burners for boiler NO.4 in Zhenhai Power-generation Co Ltd have been determined, and problems of Low reheat-steam temperature and high exhaust flue gas temperature being deeply analysed. A tecnnical retrofit scheme of the combustion system, reheater, and economizer has been put forward. After implementing the said scheme, obvious reults have been obtaind, having significance for reference to the work of energy-saving and potential-exploiting for boiler of 200 MW units.
