摘    要:采用BP神经网络,以大量的煤质分析数据和热天平试验数据为基础,分3种情况建立了煤质工业分析、发热量与着火特性(着火温度、着火稳定性指标)关系的BP神经网络模型.结果表明,用BP神经网络可以达到很高的预测精度,同时还可以比较输入和输出的相关性.所得预测结果既可为燃煤采购提供依据,又可为锅炉运行提供参考.

Abstract:Using BP neural network, and based on vast amount of coal quality analysis data, as well as thermobalance test data, a BP neural network model has been established under three situations, namely proximate analysis, relation of calorific value with ignition temperature, and with stability of ignition indices. Results show that the very high accuracy of prediction can be reached by using BP neural network, at the same time, the correlation between input and output can be compared. The obtained results of prediction can provide basis for purchasing coal, as well as provide reference for boiler operation.
