摘    要:对Profibus现场总线的Profibus-DP通讯网络(DP通讯网络)的研究主要集中于主站与从站的完整通讯网络的建立。以冗余技术的站节点和通讯线路为研究对象,介绍了不工作和工作两类备用主站,且将不工作备用主站分为快速冗余基本型和快速冗余改进型2种,以及工作备用主站系统冗余型共计3种模式,并阐述了各模式的Profibus-DP冗余通讯网络的实现方式及其优、缺点。快速冗余基本型备用主站节点冗余,通讯线路不冗余;快速冗余改进型备用主站弥补了快速冗余基本型备用主站通讯网络不冗余的缺点。

Abstract:The study on Profibus-DP communication network of profibus field bus is mainly concentrated on the establishment of complete communication network from master station to slave ones.Taking the station nodes in redundant technology and the communication line as the objects of study,two kinds of standby master station,namely non-working and working ones,have been presented,and the working standby master station being divided into two sorts,e.i.the basic type of rapid redundance and the improved type of rapid redundance,adding the redundant type of working standby master station system,there are three modes of realization for Profibus-DP communication network,and the advantages and disadvantages of them being compared.The station nodes of basic type rapid redundance is redundant,the communication line isn’t redundant,the improved type of rapid redundant system remedies the short comings of non-redundance in the communication network of basic type station in rapid redundance.
