摘    要:目前,国内很多火电厂燃用煤种与设计煤种偏差较大,由于煤的灰分增加,发热量降低等原因,导致锅炉运行中过热器和再热器管壁温度偏高,减温水量增大,排烟温度上升,锅炉热效率降低。分析了某台600MW机组锅炉的运行参数和燃用煤质等,找出了导致锅炉减温水量增大的原因。通过锅炉受热面改造,使锅炉热效率提高了1.52%,降低煤耗13.88g/(kW·h);再热器减温水量减少了64.65t/h,降低煤耗10.21g/(kW·h)。

Abstract:At present,larger deviation exists between burnt and designed coal sorts in many thermal power plants of our country,the increase of ash content in coal and the decrease of calorific value of coal lead to high temperature of superheater and reheater tubes in boiler operation,resulting in augmentation of desuperheating water,in elevation of exhausted flue gas temperature,and in reduction of boiler efficiency.The parameters and coal quality in operation of boiler equipped for one 600 MW unit have been analysed,finding out the causes leading to augmentation of desuperheating water for the said boiler.Through optimization of retrofit scheme for heating surface in the boiler,the boiler efficiency has been increased by 1.52%,reducing coal consumption 13.80 g/(kW·h);the desuperheating water of reheater being decreased 64.65 t/h,reducing the coal consumption 10.21 g/(kW·h).
