换热器总传热量偏差的数值模拟研究

摘    要:应用理论分析和数值模拟的方法,研究了换热器因各股流道流速分布不均匀而造成的总传热量偏差。研究结果表明,在恒壁温的条件下,当各流道流体流速不均匀程度达到4倍时,换热器的总传热量偏差在3%以内,而进出口压降将增加约23%。

Abstract:The total heat transfer quantity deviation resulting from nonuniform fluid flow velocity distribution in each conduit of the heat exchanger has been studied by using theoritical analysis and numerical simulation methods. The results of numerical simulation calculation are in comformity with those of theoritical analysis. The heat transfer of both the axial flow inside the tubes and the transvrse flow outside the tubes for the said heat exchanger has been included in the study. The results of study show that the total heat transfer quantity deviation is within 3% during the time of nonuniformity concering fluid flow velocity in each conduit reaching four times under condition of constant wall temperature, but the pressure drop between inlet and outlet increases about 23%.
