水轮机最优控制系统研究

摘    要:本文应用现代状态反馈控制理论,结合水轮机(转速)调节系统的恒值调节要求,从水轮机控制系统状态反馈模型出发,给出了与常规水轮机调节系统相似的系统框图。并对二次型性能指标最优化控制参数与传统推荐最佳调节参数进行比较分析,得到这两种方法所对应的最优调节参数有较大差别,二次型最优控制效果明显优于常规PID控制。仿真结果表明:两者动态过程明显不同,前者的动态过程呈现完全的非周期快速稳定特点,而后者的动态过程则为衰减振荡过程。因此,在水轮机调速器中直接输入控制系统权矩阵代替常规的PID调节参数,能够根据人为要求实现期望的时域性能指标。

Abstract:Based on the modern state feedback control theory and the demand of no error of hydraulic turbine (rotation speed)regulation system,the similar block diagram of the traditional hydraulic turbine regulation system was obtained from state feedback model of the hydraulic turbine control system.Moreover,the optimal control parameter of quadratic performance index was compared and analyzed against the traditional recommended optimal regulating parameter.There are some disparities between the optimal parameters of these two methods,the effects of the quadratic optimal control is superior to that of the traditional control.The simulation results show that their dynamic processes are different obviously.The former presents non cycle fast steady feature,but the latter presents attenuation oscillation processes.Therefore,direct input of a weight matrix of control system replaces the normal PID regulating parameters for hydraulic turbine governors.The time domainal performance index will be expected according to the demands.
