基于协同进化算法的水轮机模糊PID调节系统模糊规则的研究

摘    要:针对目前水轮机调节系统模糊PID控制缺乏有效的模糊规则的问题,通过协同进化算法优化不同工况下水轮机模糊PID控制的模糊规则和模糊PID算法中的三个比例因子,同时为了避免优化得到的模糊规则之间发生跳变,在目标函数中引入光滑因子,使各工况的模糊规则有规律可寻,从而在此基础上寻找出适合于水轮机调节系统不同工况的一组通用的有效模糊规则。仿真表明,本文提出的优化方法是可行的,寻找出的通用模糊规则能使不同工况下水轮机调节系统的模糊PID控制性能均优于常规PID控制。

Abstract:For the absence of valid fuzzy rules in hydraulic turbine fuzzy PID governor,cooperative evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the fuzzy rules together with the fuzzy PID's three proportional factors of hydraulic turbine governor under different running conditions.To resolve the irregularity between the optimized rules,a smoothness factor is applied to the objective function and a set of current fuzzy rules which suit hydraulic turbine governor in different running ports can be found.The simulation result shows that the method is feasible and the found current fuzzy rules can make fuzzy PID's performances to excel the general PID's performance under deferent running conditions.
