基于PLC的高可靠性智能励磁调节器

摘    要:设计了一种基于可编程序控制器(PLC)的高可靠性智能励磁调节器,给出了调节器的软件和硬件实现方法。解决了PLC在励磁系统中应用存在的频率测量及同步移相触发脉冲形成的两个难题。采用了在线变增益改进PID控制策略,该算法根据偏差的大小及PID参数对系统控制性能影响的专家知识在线调整PID参数,提高了PID算法对不同控制对象的鲁棒性和适应性。设计的调节器具有功能丰富、调节速度快、可靠性高等优点。试验表明该调节器具有良好的动静态特性。

Abstract:A high reliable intelligent synchronous excitation regulator based on programmable logic controller(PLC) is presented in this paper.The solutions of frequency measurement and trigger signal forming of excitation system are proposed.The intelligent PID control method based on variable gain is adopted.According to the size of error and expert knowledge of PID parameters influence on control performance,parameter of PID is adjusted on-line.Both robustness and adaptability of PID for different control object is improved.The designed regulator has more function,faster control speed and higher reliability.The tests of results show that the regulator has good static and dynamic performance.
