摘    要:分析比较大型水泵机组变工况方式,针对南水北调东线工程梯级泵站的特点,将其分为源头泵站、中间泵站、进湖泵站和出湖泵站,根据各泵站经济运行和安全运行的要求,合理选择机组变工况方式。源头泵站宜采用变速-变角方式;进湖泵站、出湖泵站宜采用变频变速或变角方式;中间泵站宜采用机械式运行全调节变角方式。成果对大型梯级泵站形式和机组设备结构功能的合理设计选型有重大意义。

Abstract:Adjusting operation modes are analyzed and compared for large pump units. Aiming at the characteristics of the step pump stations of the East Route Project of South to North Water Transfer, they are divided into source pump stations; middle pump stations; lake-inlet pump stations and lake-outlet pump stations. According to the demands of economical and safe operation of each pump station, the adjusting operation modes of pamp units are rationally recommended. Adjusting rotational speed-blade angle is suitable for source pump stations, adjusting rotational speed by frequency conversion or adjusting blade angle is suitable for lake-inlet and lake-outlet pump stations, mechanical full blade adjusting is suitable for middle pump stations. Results are significant to reasonable design and selection of large step pump stations, structures and functions of pump unit equipments.
