摘    要:水库补偿效益和综合水利工程费用分摊中需要采用综合方法确定分摊比例,常用的综合方法需要借助专家决策确定权重,具有一定的主观性。本文采用离差平方法进行水库补偿效益和综合水利工程费用分摊,减少了单指标方法和部分综合方法的主观性。通过实例分析,该方法是一种简单有效的分摊系数计算方法。

Abstract:Synthetic method is used to share compensation benefits between cascade hydropower stations and costs between multipurpose water projects.It is of subjectivity due to weights of benefits and costs determined by experts.The differential square method is presented in this paper to decrease the subjectivity.It is a simple and effective method of determining the sharing coefficients.
