摘    要:为了将复合材料杆塔应用于输电线路,以便解决或降低雷击污闪故障问题,有必要进行复合材料杆塔的材料、电气和机械特性试验。试验结果表明,聚氨酯复合材料在受潮、淋雨等条件下仍具有一定的绝缘性,作为杆塔材料可以提高杆塔的绝缘水平;110 kV复合材料杆塔,在地线顺线方向引出、悬空引下接地方式下,与常规铁塔相比,相地间隙增加了70%,相地雷电冲击放电电压增加了约75%,爬电距离增加了约40%以上;在Ⅲ级污秽条件下,相地污秽耐受电压为相地最大工作电压的2.5倍以上;杆塔的整体强度,满足各工况下荷载的要求,杆塔的挠度比常规铁塔大。挂网运行的2基110 kV同杆双回半复合材料杆,在1年多时间的实际运行中情况良好。

Abstract:In order to apply the composite pole to power transmission lines for solving the problems of lightening or polution flashover, it is necessary to test its material, electrical and mechanical characteristics. The test results in this paper are as following: the polyurethane composite can remain its insulativity somehow under the condition of damp or raining, and it can be used for pole to increase the insulation level; the composite pole for 110 kV lines is better than the normal steel tower as its phase-ground clearance is higher of 70%, and its lightning impulsive voltage increases about 75% , as well as its creepage distance of phase-ground increases about 40% in the grounding way of groundingwire extracting along the line direction and going off the tower down to the ground; the phase-ground tolerance voltage of pollution flashover is 2.5 times more than the maximum working voltage; the whole strength of pole can meet the requirements in various load conditions, and its deflection is larger than that of the steel pole. A 110 kV double circuits half-composite pole with two bases has been oprating in network for more than one year well enough.
