广西电网平班电厂“2?26功率振荡”分析

摘    要:介绍2007年2月26日广西220 kV在平班电厂发生的功率振荡及其处理过程。对振荡的分析分析表明,本次功率振荡的原因是由于系统中存在平班-系统的弱阻尼振荡模式;合理配置平班机组PSS的参数并投入PSS运行,可以显著提高平班-系统振荡模式的阻尼。

Abstract:The power oscillation occurred on February 26, 2007 in Pinban Hydro Power Plant and its disposal are introduced. Analysis in this paper on the oscillation shows that it is due to a poorly damped mode between Pinban Hydro Power Plant and the power system, and the damping of the mode will be notably increased if the PSS of Pinban Hydro Power Plant are put into service with proper parameters.
