电力系统状态估计调试方法研究

针对调度工作中存在的电力系统状态估计维护问题，对网、省、地调调度中心状态估计的调试方法进行了系统化的研究，包括内网等值、外网等值、有功发散和无功发散的调试，以及提高状态估计合格率的方法。提出了一种新的基于矩阵计算的环网电抗参数估计实用化方法，可以利用Scilab等计算器软件进行直接推算。在南方电网应用的经验表明，本文的系统化状态估计调试方法是合理的、有效的。

Study on Maintenance Methods of Power System State Estimation

Aiming at the issue of state estimation maintenance difficulties in power dispatching, this paper studies the systemic maintenance methods of state estimation for large regional, provincial and district control center, including equivalence of interior and exterior network, countermeasure of active and reactive estimation divergence as well as the methods for increasing state estimation eligible rate. A practical reactance-estimation method of loop network with matrix calculation is proposed. This method can employ the software such as Scilab Program to implement straight forward, and the results on China Southern Power Grid show that the proposed systemic maintenance method is reasonable and feasible.
