基于组合权重物元可拓模型的电网规划风险评价

摘    要:如何处理风险指标权重是电网规划风险评价方法要解决的问题。针对电网规划风险建立风险评价指标体系,基于物元模型和可拓集理论的电网规划风险评价模型,提出组合权重模式:首先用层次分析法得到主观权值,然后用熵权法对主观权值进行修正,恰当地处理了不确定性和专家判断的模糊性。最后通过电网规划实例进行分析,验证了组合权重的合理性。

Abstract:To deal with the risk index weight is necessary for risk assessment methods of power network planning. Seting up a risk evaluation index system for power network planning, this paper presents a combination weight model based on the matter-element model and the extension set analysis: Using AHP to determine subjective weights firstly, and then making correction of them with the entropy method, the model deals with the uncertainty of the weights and the ambiguity of expert judgments in a reasonable way. Finally, the rationality of the combination weight is verified through a case analysis of power network planning.
