电力系统二次设备状态参量模型的构建

摘    要:为了给二次设备状态评价、风险评估和状态检修等工作提供科学的依据,构建了结构统一的二次设备状态参量公共模型,并进一步根据继电保护设备的自身特性形成其状态参量模型。利用层次分析法对该模型中参量的重要性进行评分并计算,确定继电保护装置状态参量的权重值。所提出的状态参量还需要在实际运行中不断地检验和调整。

Abstract:To provide a scientific basis for status assessment, risk assessments and condition-based maintenance of secondary equipments, this paper establishes a unified and common state parameter model for the equipments, and then the model for the relay protection equipment according to their characteristics. With analytic hierarchy process, the weight of the parameters in the model is evaluated by scores and calculation. The state parameters, however, should be adjusted in practice.
