| 摘 要： | 为贯彻落实节约资源的基本国策，根据《节能发电调度办法（试行）》，南方电网从2008年开始进行节能发电调度工作。总结南方电网五省区节能发电调度技术支持系统建设及所取得的节能和减排效果，探讨全网一体化节能发电计划的编制流程，提出了省间优化的节能计划编制思路，并阐述了省区及全网的节能和减排评价指标及计算方法。

| Abstract: | According to Energy Conservation Power Generation Scheduling Approach (Trial), the job of energy conservation power dispatching has been in progress in China Southern Power Grid (CSG) since 2008. Summarizing the job experience of the five provinces in CSG, and the achievement in energy saving and emission reduction, this paper discusses a preparation process for the grid-integrated scheduling, resulting in a thinking to make an optimization among provinces in the scheduling, and introduces the evaluation indexes and calculation methods of energy saving and emission reduction in the provinces and the whole grid. |
