| 摘 要： | 实施西电东送是解决广东用电需要的重要途径。回顾了"十一五"西电送广东的成效和存在的问题，就做好"十二五"及中远期广东的电源发展规划，提出如下3点建议：关注广东合理的受电比例以及本区与外区电源优势互补问题；规划好保障性电源的建设，降低广东能源对外的依赖性；积极寻求降低受电和发电成本的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The West-to-Guangdong power transmission is an important approach to meet the power demand of Guangdong. Reviewing the West-to-Guangdong power transmission during the 11th Five-year Plan Period, this paper puts forward suggestions on the power development of Guangdong in 12th Five-year period and the future as follows: to pay close attention to the rational rate of receiving power in Guangdong and the complementary advantages of both the powers from the inside and outside; to make well planning of the critical power in Guangdong so to depress its dependency on the outside power; to take more effective measures to reduce power receiving cost and generation cost. |
