风-光-沼可再生能源发电的电源有效接纳容量评估

摘    要:为解决可再生能源发电存在间歇性问题,提出一种风-光-沼可再生能源发电的电源有效接纳容量评估方法。基于风-光-沼可再生能源发电系统结构特点,以成本经济性和供电可靠性为目标,以系统稳定性、电量供需均衡性及各微电源输出功率最大值为约束条件,建立电源有效接纳容量评估模型。采用改进粒子群的电源双层规划方法,求解电源有效接纳容量评估模型,通过自适应变异粒子群解决粒子群优化算法易陷入局部最优解情况。利用2个粒子群优化算法的交互迭代规划电源上下两层,求解最佳电源有效接纳容量。以L省某负荷中心为实验平台展开算例分析,结果表明:该方法具备风-光-沼可再生能源发电电源有效接纳容量评估可行性和有效性,通过协调控制可以保证负荷中心稳定运行。

Abstract:In order to solve the intermittent problem of renewable energy power generation, a method to evaluate the effective capacity of wind-light-marsh renewable energy power generation is proposed. Based on the structural characteristics of wind-light-marsh renewable energy power generation system, taking cost economy and power supply reliability as targets, and taking system stability, power supply and demand balance and maximum output power of each micro power source as constraint conditions, an effective capacity evaluation model of power supply is established. An improved pso two-layer power supply planning method is used to solve the evaluation model of power supply effective capacity. An adaptive mutation pso is used to solve the problem that pso is prone to fall into the local optimal solution. An interactive iteration between two pso algorithms is used to plan the upper and lower layers of power supply to solve the optimal effective capacity of power supply. Taking a load center in L province as an experimental platform, the results show that this method can evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the effective capacity of wind-light-marsh renewable energy power generation, and ensure the stable operation of the load center through coordinated control.
