电力电子变压器故障下的运行策略

摘    要:电力电子变压器(Power Electronic Transformer,PET)作为电力电子变换技术的最新应用,能解决电力系统中许多的新课题,但易发生故障,影响电网的稳定运行。本文分析了级联型PET的故障形式,将其双主动桥(Dual Active Bridge,DAB)故障作为典型对象研究。针对故障提出检测方法和应对运行方案,最后对提出的方案进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,PET能在故障情况下平稳调整运行策略,维持整体稳定运行,故障维修时对电网运行零影响。

Abstract:The power electronic transformer(PET) is the new application of power electronic conversion technology. It has been widely studied to solve many issues in the power system. But this new device has a high fault probability and could has impact on stable operation of grid. This paper firstly analyses the fault mode of cascade PET.The dual active bridge (DAB) fault is the typical researching subject of this paper. Then, targeting the fault mode, the detect method and response program are proposed. Finally, the simulation verification of the proposed method is conducted.The results showed that PET is able to adjust strategy smoothly under fault mode, maintaining the overall stable operation and has few impact on the grid when repairs the fault.
