| 摘 要： | 从两方面对现有三电平NPC变流器直流中点电压平衡控制策略进行分类,归纳了每类中点电压平衡控制策略的特点。根据各相开关状态对中点电流和输出线电压的影响,提出了一种适用于任何调制策略的新型中点电压平衡控制策略,与现有中点电压平衡控制策略相比,该策略具有原理简单、易于数字化实现的特点,但也存在开关损耗较大的不足之处,最后通过实验验证了文中提出方法的正确性和合理性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, it classifies and sums up characteristic of the existing NP (Neutral Point) voltage balancing strategy of three-level NPC converter. According to the influence of switch states of each phase to NP current and output line voltage, it proposes a novel NP voltage control strategy of three-level NPC converter. Comparing with the existing NP voltage balancing control strategy, the new strategy has the characteristics of simple and easy to realize in digital control system, and it is suitable for any inner PWM strategy, such as SPWM strategy and SVPWM strategy which are the most widely used in three-level NPC converter. In spite of the advantages, the new strategy has larger switching losses comparing with the other NP voltage balancing strategy. Finally, the analysis is verified by experiment results. |
