基于IR1153S的三相高功率因数整流器设计

摘    要:以三相功率因数技术(PFC)为基础,研究了基于单周期控制的单相功率因数校正芯片IR1153S来实现三相PFC的功能。理论推导了三相之间的解耦关系,选取了6 kW试验样机主电路的相关参数,采用专用芯片实现三相PFC功能,极大的简化了电路的设计。仿真和实验结果表明,整流器功率因数在0.99以上,电流谐波分量低。

Abstract:Based on three-phase power factor correction technology, a three-phase high power factor rectifier is achieved which takes single-phase one-cycle control chips IR1153S as its controller. This rectifier can be decoupled in topology to three single-phase three-level PFC rectifiers, and the three-phase circuit is independent after decoupling, which can effectively restrain the worse impact of the asymmetry power network. Furthermore, it is greatly simplify the circuit design by using present regulation performance special integrated chips. According to 6 kW test prototype, the functions of its components are analyzed in detail. Simulation and experiment results show that the PFC converter with IR1153S with high power factor up to 0.99 and lower current harmonic.
