摘    要:针对单个光伏电池输出电压较低这一问题,提出了一种低输入电压、高效率的单相两级光伏并网微逆变器拓扑。该拓扑前级采用一种高效率的高增益DC/DC结构,实现了软开关技术;后级为全桥逆变结构,采用单电感滤波,应用软件锁相和重复控制电流内环、电压外环等软件控制方法实现逆变并网。研制了一台额定功率为300 W的单相光伏并网微逆变器。经测试,该逆变器满载时并网电流总谐波含量(THD)为1.3%,效率为93.6%,验证了所提拓扑的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:Single PV cell''s output voltage is low, concerning this issue, a novel topology of single-phase PV grid-connected inverter with high efficiency is proposed. Its preceding stage is a high step-up DC/DC converter with soft-switching technology. Using single inductor filter, software phase-locked loop (SPLL), repetitive control and voltage-loop control are adopted to achieve a high quality of grid-connected current in full bridge inverter. Correspondingly, a prototype whose rated power is 300 W is set up to verify theoretical analysis results. Test result shows that the total harmonic distortion (THD) of grid-connected current is 1.3% and the efficiency is 93.6% when the inverter successfully connects to grid with full load.
