摘    要:在磁导航定位手术系统 (MSS) 的前期试验验证阶段,为了给兴趣目标物体进行空间定位,采用双目机器视觉的方法,对小磁珠进行空间定位检测.论文详细介绍整个试验实现.以普通视觉模型为对象进行立体视觉检测系统的应用研究,在开发的磁导航定位手术系统软件MSSLocater1.0的基础上进行了大量的空间定位实验,给出试验结果、试验精度分析,从而验证该系统是可行的.

Abstract:In order to detect the target space position at the prophase of the Magnetic Stereotaxis System, we use double-camera computer vision to detect the position of small permanent pellet. The implementations of the experimentation are described in this paper in detail. For the space position, the algorithm of computer vision mainly includes: camera calibration, pre-process of image and feature extraction, feature matching, three-dimensional size measurement and space reconstruction. In order to meet the requirements of space position for the MSS, an on-line measuring system of double matrix CCD in VC 6.0 was developed. The target movement route is shown on the monitor. And then the space position is transferred to the next control system which controls the target to move in a certain route. A lot of experiments have been done based on the software MSSLocater1.0, the experiment results show that our space position system is acceptable for present MSS.
