摘    要:电动汽车车载动力锂电池组的不一致性问题会严重降低电池组的整体性能。本文针对传统的均衡控制策略均衡时间长、均衡效率低、控制复杂等问题提出了基于容量差的均衡控制策略,通过分析电池组不均衡特性,包括瞬态响应特性、静态不均衡特性和恒流不均衡特性,研究电池的容量和电压关系,对均衡容量进行了定量分析,在此基础上制定了基于容量差的均衡控制策略。分别在台架和实车上验证了均衡控制策略,实验结果表明,相比传统的电池组均衡控制策略,这种新的控制策略可以快速完成电池组中单体电池的容量均衡,实现了均衡的高效率。

Abstract:The inconsistency of power lithium battery pack for electric vehicle will severely reduce the performance of the battery pack.In this paper,in view of the problem that the traditional balance control strategy has the drawback of long balancing time,low efficiency and complicated control,the balance control strategy based on the capacity difference is proposed.By analyzing the battery pack imbalance characteristics,including transient response characteristics,static imbalance characteristics,constant current characteristics,the relationship between capacity and voltage of battery has been researched and quantitative analysis of the balance capacity is carried out.On the basis of research results,the balance control strategy is formulated.The balanced control strategy is verified on the bench and electric vehicle.The test results show that the new control strategy can make the energy balance of the battery pack quickly as compared with the traditional method.
