行波接触型超声波电机特性与控制研究

摘    要:行波接触型超声波电机的工作原理与电磁型电机的工作原理截然不同,本文对其控制系统各组成部分作了分析,给出了控制器输出波形;并对行波接触型超声波电机定、转子之间的摩擦传动进行了研究,提出了电机效率计算方法,对机械特性与效率曲线进行了计算,计算结果与实验测试结果相符合。

Abstract:The operating principle of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor is quite different from the electromagnetic motors. This paper makes detailed analysis of each part of the control system, and provides the output waveforms. Moreover, the friction drive between the stator and the rotor is studied,and a model of friction drive is then built. A method for analyzing the efficiency of the ultrasonic motor is proposed in this paper. In addition, the rotation speed torque and the efficiency torque curves are obtained after calculation. The results coincide well with the tested ones.
