| 摘 要： | 介绍了DeviceNet现场总线技术在某一次性相机厂生产线中的具体应用。该系统采用DeviceNet技术来构建其生产线控制系统的底层设备网络,通过PLC将设备网和以太网连接起来,实现PC机通过以太网对底层的设备网设备进行监视和控制。并通过以太网方便地接入到企业内部的的管理网络,实现资源共享,具有传统控制技术无法比拟的优势。运行实践表明,该控制系统大大提高了企业的生产效率,为企业创造了明显的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The specific application of DeviceNet fielbdus technology in a product line of certain single use camera factory was introduced.The floor DeviceNet of control system of this product line was built up based on DeviceNet technology.Connecting DeviceNet and Ethernet by PLC.monitoring floor DeviceNet with Ethernet,the PC's monitoring and control was implemeted.Connected to the interior management network in company through Ethernet,this system with superiority over the traditional control implement sharing information among devices conveniently.The operation practice shows that the system improved the production efficiency greatly,and created obvious economy benefit for the company. |
