摘    要:开发了两个DeviceNet节点并与Omron公司的DeviceNet主站进行连接.基于单片机的节点作为下位机,通过DeviceNet总线接收执行机构的角度设定值,并使用设计的控制算法来准确控制执行机构的角度.基于PC机的节点作为上位机,通过DeviceNet总线监控智能执行机构的控制过程.在DeviceNet节点的软硬件设计完成后,系统经组网测试证明,研制的DeviceNet从站节点完全能接入DeviceNet网络中,与Omron公司的主站模块能进行实时可靠的通信.设计的执行机构控制算法也得到了验证,取得了较好的控制效果.

Abstract:The two DeviceNet nodes were developed which were connected to DeviceNet master node of Omron. The DeviceNet node base on MCU was used as a controller, which received the angle set value of the actuator, and controlled the angle of the actuator precisely using the control algorithm designed in this thesis. The DeviceNet node base on PC was used as operation interface station, which supervised and controlled the execution process of the intelligent electric actuator.After the software and hardware developments of DeviceNet nodes were accomplished, the DeviceNet nodes were connected to DeviceNet to debug their performance. The result of the test and measurement for the system proved that the DeviceNet nodes could be integrated into DeviceNet and could communicate with the master module of Omron reliably. The control algorithm designed was also tested, and a high stability and accuracy were obtained.
