摘    要:分析了静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的工作原理。介绍了错时采样空间矢量调制(STS-SVM)的基本原理,提出了STS-SVM在H桥级联多电平STATCOM中的实现方法,并分别在静态和动态补偿情况下进行了仿真和试验。仿真和试验结果表明,基于STS-SVM的H桥级联多电平STATCOM能够快速、有效地补偿电力系统中的无功功率和抑制谐波,具有良好的动态补偿特性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:The operation principle of STATCOM and the principle of sampling time staggered-SVM (STS- SVM) were analyzed and introduced. Its realizing method in cascade H-bridge STATCOM was presented. The simulation model and experiment of STATCOM system were established under static compensation and dynamic compensation. The results show that the cascade H-bridge multilevel STATCOM can fast and effectively compensate the reactive power and suppress the harmonic current, the system has a perfect performance on dynamic characteristics and robustness.
