| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了间谐波的基本概念。通过IEC闪变仪模型的建立及仿真，揭示了IEC闪变仪无法检测由高频间谐波引起的闪变的缺陷。并对产生该问题的主要原因进行了分析，为IEC闪变仪的改进提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The basic concept of inter-harmonics was briefly introduced.Through building the model of IEC flicker-meter and simulation,the disadvantage that the IEC couldn't detect the flicker produced by the high frequence inter-harmonic was put forth.The main reason why the problem took place was analyzed.It gave reference for improving the IEC flicker-meter. |
